Pet health & ownership

By booking a grooming appointment, you confirm that you are the pet's legal owner or appointed guardian. You certify that your pet has no pre-existing medical conditions that would pose a risk during grooming, or that you have fully disclosed any such conditions to the groomer prior to the appointment.

Vaccinations

All pets must be current on vaccinations including rabies and remain so for all future sessions. Pup Culture reserves the right to refuse service to any pet whose vaccinations are not up to date.

Matting & coat condition

Pets with matted coats may require shaving to safely remove matting. This can incur an additional fee as it is time-intensive and causes extra wear on grooming equipment. By booking, you acknowledge the associated risks including skin irritation, abrasions, or cuts, and agree that Pup Culture will not be held responsible for these outcomes.

Liability release

You release Pup Culture Dog Daycare & Grooming, its groomers, owners, and affiliates from any and all liabilities, expenses, and costs — including veterinary and legal fees — resulting from services provided or any unintentional injury to your pet during or after their appointment.
