Pup Culture Dog Daycare offers group play day-care services for dogs in and around Burnaby, British Columbia. We have a 2,800-square feet air-conditioned facility. It has play areas that are split between small and large dogs. Our facility is supervised by our attendants to ensure healthy social interactions.
Each dog goes through a thorough temperament test to check if a group play environment is the right fit. Our goal is to offer your canines a safe environment monitored by dog behavior specialists for an optimum mix of healthy social play, boundaries, and interaction with our staff.

- Dogs must undergo an assessment to make sure that they are compatible with other dogs. The assessment can be made through our registration form.
- Dogs have to be spayed or neutered when they turned one year old.
- We DO ACCEPT not neutered/spayed puppies.
- Dogs must have no aggressive tendencies.
Boarding
Boarding
We have approximately 2,800 square feet facility for group play boarding in our day care. Dogs that stay with us will be having fun with other dogs from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Your canines will be going home with one of our attendants at night.
We have free VIP cages for your pooches so they’ll feel at home while boarding with us. Our attendants will be with your pets 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We will sleep with the pups to make sure everyone is safe and having a great time.

Check in at 7:00 PM on the first day. Check out is at 4:00 PM on the last day. If you check out after 4:00 PM, your pup can stay until our closing time for half-day day care. The fee is $25
● Group Play Boarding Package: We offer a vacation package of 14 group play boarding nights, please call for the price.
● Family Discount: Each dog sibling gets 10% off.
● Private Suite Boarding: $90 per Night

Meals
Meals
You can choose to drop your dogs off with food from your home or you can choose to purchase our meal plans. Feeding times are at 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM, so we will be able to accommodate each dog’s schedule.
If you choose to select our meal plan, we offer raw dog food, dehydrated food, and Royal Canin Health Nutrition Dry Food. We also offer a variety of fresh vegetables, supplements, healthy oils, and probiotics that you can add to your dogs’ meals.

Pup Culture Dog Daycare has a grooming salon for canines. Our highest priority is the health and well-being of your beloved dogs. We do the grooming of your pets with the utmost respect, love, and care in an enjoyable, stress-free, and kennel-free environment.

Hand Dematting (30 Minutes)
If your dog is heavily matted, we recommend a shave down. This is for the safety and well-being of your dog. Pets must be picked up within 1 hour of being finished, unless arrangements are made at the time of booking. Those left longer than 1 hour will incur day-care charges.

Cancellations
A 24-hour notice is required prior to the scheduled appointment of any cancellation. The client may be billed for the normal grooming charge if a 24-hour cancellation notice is not provided.
